The food was delicious, a good 4+ stars, but the location (and the view!), as well as the relaxed and friendly service, brought the experience to the top. The owner guided us through a very long list of local wines, and we ended up drinking a fantastic organic Pecorino wine from the Orsogna winery. The fixed menu consisted of 10 starters, both cold and warm, one main pasta-based dish, a second dish of fried fish and dessert. Water, coffee, and after lunch liqueur (the local gentian or limoncello) are included in the 40€ per person. If this sounds expensive, I would say that the experience is well worth it, and our bellies were really full! Fantastic!
Magical setting for a restaurant, breezy, poking out over the water. The staff were so kind and our waiter spoke really good English (which helped me!)
The set menu is divine and very generous- fresh seafood that is second to none.
Really particular dining experience out on an old trabocco once used for fishing. Set menu for €55 was well worth it!
The place e is unique. It's like being on a boat. All the surrounding area deserves a visit. The host and staff are very kind, patient and helpful. We ate a fixed menu with very fresh fish cooked in a simple way, but very tasty.
Restaurant with a beautiful view like every trabocco in Abruzzo, food was good, I only didn’t like the wine...
It's really a must go to place. It's sat just at the bottom of the sea and the views out the “window” are stunning. The food was delicious and amazing. The staff were wonderful. So attentive and efficient and nothing was overpriced….
Incredible food, friendly staff, and a very unique experience overall. The best mussels we've ever tasted!
Really nice seafood platter, good sized portion.
